Refund policy
We know you'd rather be out on the bike than worrying about having to return an item. To keep it simple, return new, unused and unaltered apparel within seven (7) days of invoice date.
All returns must be in original as-new condition—not worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Get in touch with us at shop@bikertorque.com.au and let us know the reason why you want to return/exchange your order.
Products that shows signs of use or is in a condition other different to that of when you received it cannot be returned.
For your peace of mind send any item that is being returned via a trackable / signed for method, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Please note that cancellation of any third party payment after order has been fulfilled will attract a fee equal to 6% of the total order.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting an order back to our premises. Shipping cost associated with your original order will not be refunded.
Biker Torque takes no responsibility for any items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Exchange Freight charges (when the option to place a second order is not actioned) will be calculated using the Australia Post freight calculator.
